Ghana's biggest telecommunication network MTN has introduced a new loan service called XtraCash powered by Forms Capital. MTN announced this new loan service by sms to its customers.
The SMS reads:
"Y'ello Valued Customer, we are excited to inform you of our new loan product called XtraCash!! Dial *170# to access XtraCash under the Loans menu. Ts&Cs apply."
To access this new loan service just dial *170# on any MTN sim. When you get to the loans menu select XtraCash and enter your momo pin to accept their terms and conditions.

After accepting their Terms and Conditions redial *170# again and when you get to XtraCash menu you will be offered Ghc100 for a start.
The disadvantage of this new loan service is that it offers only 7 days duration for repayment which can be frustrating for people who can't afford to repay within a short time instead of the usual 30 days offered by QwikLoan.
If you have been denied Qwik Loan several times then XtraCash might be the go to loan service for help if you need an emergency financial help.
