MTN Ghana has adjusted its network tariffs upwards effective 28th November, 2023.
MTN explained in an SMS broadcast to its customers that the new tariffs are increased due to operational costs. The new tariffs include increased costs for calls, SMS, data and all MTN products and services.
The SMS broadcast that was sent to customers reads:
"Dear Valued Customer, kindly be informed that effective 28th November 2023, the prices of MTN products will be revised upwards due to operational costs. Continue enjoying our special offers on our network. Visit our website www.mtn.com.gh for more details. Thank you"
