MTN has announced new internet data charges increase. In a text message sent to its customers MTN alerted customers that from November 14 2022 the cost of their internet bundles and data charges will increase.
However MTN has not stated the rates of the increase or how much it will cost for data packages.
The economic downturn will be the reason for the announcement of the increase in cost of their data packages.
Moreover MTN could have been fair to it's customers by announcing the rate it will sell the data packages so customers can budget, prepare a and adjust to the new internet data charges.
Below is the message the Telecom giant sent to its subscribers.
“Dear Valued Customer, kindly be informed that effective 14th November 2022, data bundle prices will be revised upwards,”
