Chelsea vs Arsenal Prediction
Prediction from Goal.com
Chelsea 1-2 Arsenal
Regardless of the current form of each side, this London Derby showdown will likely be a tightly contested battle due to the nature of the contest. However, Chelsea are dealing with some critical injuries on defense which will be challenging to overcome.
The Gunners' attack has been well-balanced all season, with Gabriel Jesus and Gabriel Martinelli finding the back of the bet five times each, while Bukayo Saka and Martin Ødegaard have scored four goals, as well.
Overall, Arsenal have scored 30 goals in just 12 Premier League matches.
The Blues will have the advantage of playing at Stamford Bridge, but their inconsistent form (17 goals with 15 conceded) will not be enough to stop Arsenal, who scored five goals in their last EPL match against Nottingham Forest.
Chelsea is 13th in expected goals this season, behind Leeds United and Aston Villa. Meanwhile, the Gunners just collected their fifth clean sheet and will be on the hunt for a statement win on their rivals' home turf.

Draw
Even though Chelsea spends a lot more money on new players than Arsenal, somehow the Gunners are the ones that have a better h2h record in recent years.
This season alone, Arsenal has been good enough to hold on to the top position.
Chelsea struggled, then changed the coach, but the team is still some way off from where they want to be.
At this point, both teams will look to capture a positive result, they are evenly matched in terms of their squad.
Both Teams to Score – Yes
There aren't many occasions where these teams don't score goals when playing against each other.
Both score goals on regular basis, and they are facing some tough situations when players are not available which was the case for Chelsea last week when they were trashed by Brighton.
Arsenal will feel like they have a chance here, and we should expect some goals.

Chelsea needs to find a forward
If something was wrong with the Chelsea team, one could argue it's about their goal-scoring record.
They have scored only 17 goals in 13 matches which is way below what they expected at the start of the season.
New manager Graham Potter will require time to adjust the team the way he wants them to play, but for now, his main focus should be how to wake up his team's forwards.
One could also argue that there were mistakes made in the summer transfer window when only Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was brought in for a center-forward position.
Armando Broja is the only other clear striker that Potter has at his disposal. It's fascinating to see that a team like Chelsea didn't find it necessary to bring in extra help at that important position.
To make matters worse, Chelsea has some serious injury issues.
Chelsea's probable lineup: Mendy, Cucurella, Silva, Chalobah, Chilwell, Loftus-Cheek, Kovacic, Azpilicueta, Sterling, Mount, Aubameyang.
Arsenal's transfer market haul this summer was the best in years, and it showed straight away.
Players like Gabriel Jesus brought that extra level of lethal efficiency making the Gunners a team to beat in the Premier League.
They have tasted defeat only once this season, away at Manchester United, and have ten wins on their record.
Their offense is second best only to Manchester City, and with its defense holding its own, things are looking good for the Gunners.
Arsenal's probable lineup: Ramsdale, Tomiyasu, Gabriel, Saliba, White, Xhaka, Partey, Odegaard, Martinelli, Jesus, Saka.
