Black Sherif loses first BET Hip-Hop Awards

Ghana’s HipHop artist Black Sherif's hope of securing the BET Hip-Hop Awards has been dashed as Black Sherif lose the Best International Flow award to France’s Benjamin Epps at the 2022 BET Hip-Hop awards.

Despite the loss, Black Sherif has recorded many successes in less than a year including his latest song, Soja placing 23 on the Billboard Afrobeats chart.

The song ‘Soja,’ debuted on Apple Music Top 100 Charts within 24 hours of its release and it is currently peaking at No.1 on the Music Charts.

The 2022 BET Hip Hop Awards is an annual music awards established to honour music greats in the industry. October 4, 2022 marks the 17th edition of the BET Hip Hop Awards. It was hosted by Fat Joe.

We will update you all with the full list of the BET HipHop Awards Winners.
