Chelsea and Barcelona have now reached an agreement in principle for Pierre Aubameyang! €14m fee plus Marcos Alonso to Barça included — now finalizing details.
Aubameyang is expected to fly to London in the upcoming hours, once details are resolved.
The former Arsenal captain joined Barcelona on a free transfer in January, because of personal issues with the Arsenal head coach.
Barcelona on the other hand bought Robert Lewandowski from Bayern Munich, so playing time will be a problem for the Gabonese star.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang played under Thomas Tuchel at Dortmund in the Bundesliga, so the skipper playing under his former coach and coming back to the Premier League will mean a lot to him.
Though the player is suffering from a jaw break after he was robbed and beaten at a gun point, he released a statement to let the public know that he and his family are fine.
